Deckard, it’s Mara from downstairs. The roof door closes properly now. My father went up on his own this morning. He hasn’t done that in weeks.

Mr. Deckard, just confirming the latch is fitted. The receipt covers the part and the work. Those two screws beside the heater are spares.
I put the extra wind check in the margin. You asked after you’d paid, so there’s no charge for it. If the plate shifts, call me. You don’t need to stand up there tonight checking it.

Hello, Mr. Deckard. Returning your call about the toad. Air holes and a damp cloth are a reasonable start. Keep it away from direct heat. We can advise on feed when you bring it in.
You also asked about the sheep subscription. Annual service and the grazing update are separate items. We do offer a combined plan. I can explain that without signing you up.
One of our clients keeps a squirrel in the carrier during visits. You can bring your own container. It doesn’t have to be ours.
